Welcome to the Gentlemen Smokes Remote Lounge Experience. By booking, attending, or participating in our events or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Age Requirement

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • No exceptions will be made regarding age restrictions.

Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations are required for the Remote Lounge Experience and must be secured with full or partial deposit payment.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

  • Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations 

  • Guest cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Gentlemen Smokes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, or other operational concerns). In such cases, guests may choose to reschedule.

Conduct & Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.

  • Disorderly conduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

  • Outside alcohol, illegal substances, or unauthorized tobacco products are strictly prohibited.

Health & Safety

  • Smoking cigars involves exposure to tobacco smoke, which is known to have health risks. Participation is voluntary, and guests assume all risks associated with smoking.

  • Those with medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities should consult a physician before attending.

  • Gentlemen Smokes is not responsible for adverse health effects arising from participation.

Liability Waiver

  • By participating, guests release Gentlemen Smokes, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, illness, lost property, or damages occurring during or after the event.

  • Guests are financially responsible for any intentional damage caused to lounge property or rental equipment.

Photography & Media

  • By attending, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

  • Gentlemen Smokes will respect guest privacy upon request.

Event Modifications

  • Gentlemen Smokes may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always apply.

Agreement

  • By booking or attending the Gentlemen Smokes Remote Lounge Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
